There are more than half I guess of my colleagues complain about the negative working environment. So, they understand well it is not positive. Looking back to my absurdity, to find the root of unfavorability, every day, how much time and energy required to spend? A plenty of them. At times, it takes days for you to get back normal. In the end, what actually left out was the core subject, your work, which signifies recognition, acknowledgement.
Well, what is the quality you need to draw their attention? Show them at least an achievement. Well, you may look at this way, a country, a land of chaos. If the leader of a nation doesn't look at the core complication, how much attention he needs to draw to solve the unrelenting tiny problems? Remember, the community is dynamics. Are you sure tomorrow nothing new will happen?
