I have once read a book 'Rich Dad Poor Dad', a saying still depicted on my mind. People from each cashflow quadrants are unble to get along with another. These justify like minded people attract each other. In other words, you just can't go side by side with people of different perspectives. Especially the lower mindset group. In return, they need to be lead.
